Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter The promoter is SABA, a brand of [APG & Co Pty Ltd, (ABN 36 155 404 826) of Level 5, 1-5 Chalmers Crescent, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia ("SABA" or "the Promoter"), in partnership with Geelong Football Club Limited (ACN 005 150 818) of GMHBA Stadium, Kardinia Park, Latrobe Terrace, Geelong, Victoria 3220 ("GFC"). The competition is conducted by SABA; GFC is the partner organisation and prize contributor.

2. Acceptance By entering, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these terms. Entry is deemed to be acceptance of these terms.

3. Classification This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner and, on that basis, no trade promotion permit is required.

4. Eligibility (a) Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. (b) Employees, contractors and their immediate families of the Promoter, GFC, APG & Co and any agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter. (c) The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and residency to claim a prize.

5. Competition period Entries open at 12:00am (AEST) on Thursday 6 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 3 September 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period are invalid.

6. How to enter To enter, during the Competition Period an entrant must: (a) subscribe via the SABA competition landing page at https://my.saba.com.au/event/saba-x-geelong-cats?location_id=22500, providing the details requested; and (b) submit a written response of 25 words or fewer explaining why they would love this experience; and (c) follow @catswomens (Geelong AFLW), @geelongcats (Geelong AFL) and @sabastyle (SABA) on Instagram. Entrants are encouraged to tag the plus one they would bring in the comments of the competition Instagram post. Tagging is for amplification only, is not required and does not affect the outcome or create additional entries. Instagram follows are accepted in good faith; the Promoter is not obliged to verify follows, and the winner is determined solely on the merit of the written response under clause 8.

7. Entry conditions (a) Limit of one (1) entry per person. (b) The written response must be the entrant’s own original work, in English, and must not contain any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, misleading or infringing material. (c) By submitting a response, the entrant grants the Promoter and GFC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt the response for purposes connected with the competition. (d) Incomplete, indecipherable, automated or ineligible entries may be deemed invalid. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.

8. Judging (a) Entries will be judged by a panel nominated by the Promoter and GFC before the launch of the competition. (b) Judging will take place on or around Friday 4 September 2026 at Level 5, 1-5 Chalmers Crescent, Mascot NSW 2020. (c) The winner will be the entrant whose response the panel considers, in its opinion, to be the most creative, original and genuine expression of why they would love the experience. (d) The judges’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. (e) The panel may select reserve entrants in order of merit, to be awarded the prize if the winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted or forfeits.

9. 10. Prize conditions (a) Availability: the winner and their plus one must be available to attend both the 2026 AFL Best & Fairest (Thursday 1 October 2026, Crown Palladium, Melbourne) and the 2026 AFLW Best & Fairest (To be confirmed: the date and venue (mid-November 2026)). If the winner and/or their plus one is unable to attend either event, that portion of the prize — the relevant event tickets and associated flight voucher — is forfeited, with no substitute, cash or other alternative provided. (b) The nominated plus one must also meet the eligibility criteria in clause 4 and comply with these terms. (c) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law. (d) Flight vouchers are subject to the voucher provider’s terms, availability and any blackout periods. The winner is responsible for making bookings within the voucher validity. (e) Anything not expressly stated as included — including accommodation, transfers, meals, beverages, spending money and any personal or incidental expenses — is the responsibility of the winner and their plus one. (f) Signed Sherrins are provided as-is. Attendance at events is subject to the venue’s and GFC’s conditions of entry, dress code and conduct requirements. (g) If any prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a component of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law or regulatory direction.

11. Winner notification and claiming (a) The winner will be notified by email (and, if required, by telephone) using the details provided at entry, on or around early September 2026. (b) The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the prize and confirm availability for both events. (c) If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the claim period, is found to be ineligible, or forfeits, the Promoter may award the prize to a reserve entrant selected under clause 8(e).

12. Publicity By entering, each entrant consents to the Promoter and GFC publishing the winner’s first name and state. The winner agrees to reasonable participation in publicity and, where the winner separately consents, to the use of their name, likeness and entry by the Promoter and GFC for promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. Privacy and data (a) Personal information is collected by SABA to conduct this competition. By entering, entrants consent to their details being shared with the Geelong Football Club. (b) SABA holds the entry data and will share the consented list with GFC following the competition. Both parties will handle personal information in accordance with their respective privacy policies: SABA https://www.saba.com.au/help/privacy-policy and GFC https://www.geelongcats.com.au/privacy. (c) Entrants may access, correct or request deletion of their information, and opt out of marketing, as set out in the applicable privacy policy.

14. General (a) The Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law and any written regulatory direction, to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant, or to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where it cannot be conducted as planned. (b) The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control. (c) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and GFC exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with this competition or the prize. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. (d) This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with the competition. (e) These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
