VIP Terms & Conditions

SABA VIP Program

These Terms and Conditions set out the operation and benefits of the SABA VIP Program. By becoming a SABA VIP Member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SABA VIP members are entitled to 10% off all full price merchandise. The SABA VIP Member discount is not valid on clearance items, gift cards, or in conjunction with any other discount, or on uniforms and licensed product - unless specified by SABA.

SABA VIP Member benefits will only be given upon quoting your SABA VIP number and/or name in store, or by logging into the SABA Online Store using your SABA VIP Member Number and/or email address and password.

SABA VIP Members can rate and review SABA merchandise on the SABA website.

To receive your Birthday surprise please ensure you provide a valid email address and your date of birth as these are sent via email on the day of your birthday. Birthday vouchers which are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete email address or birth date will not be replaced.

SABA VIP membership is at SABA's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel a SABA VIP membership and cease communications without notice. You will have no claim for the loss of SABA VIP benefits in the event of a cancellation of your SABA VIP membership.

Information concerning SABA VIP Members, including information collected in the registration process, will be held in a database and used and disclosed only in accordance with the SABA Privacy Policy available at or on request from the SABA Customer Service Care (1800 441 739). By becoming a SABA VIP Member you consent to information from that database being used for marketing and other purposes relating to the SABA VIP Program (via email, post, SMS and phone) in accordance with the SABA Privacy Policy.

SABA may amend or replace these Terms and Conditions and the benefits of the SABA VIP Program at any time without notice. SABA will notify all SABA VIP Members of material changes to the SABA VIP Program by sending them a notice to their email address and displaying a notice indicating the changes on the SABA website at SABA recommends that you check the Terms and Conditions from time to time so that you are informed of any other changes.
