As the current COVID-19 situation continues to quickly unfold, we know we must do our part.

Our customer care team are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of enquiries, our team is here to assist, please be assured that they will respond to any enquiries within 48 business hours.

During this time there could be a delay in fulfilment. Our warehouse is working within increased safety and sanitation standards therefore there will be a delay in the dispatch of online orders. When your order has been dispatched a confirmation will be sent.

Australia Post are doing their best to deliver orders on time, and will no longer require signatures for contact-free delivery.

Please note there may be a delay in receiving refunds as our warehouse is unable to open returns until after 7 days of being received to be safe during COVID-19.
