We have been advised by Australia Post of delays within their delivery network due to the increase in demand, a reduction in air freight capacity, and health and safety measures such as social distancing at their facilities. This could mean that your order can take up to 10 business days to be delivered after dispatch. Australia Post will no longer require signatures for contact-free delivery.

Our online store continues to operate as usual, offering both home delivery and Collect In Store (from select stores). We are also available in select David Jones concession stores.
Due to the size of David Jones department stores, they comply with the current social distancing requirements and therefore our David Jones concession stores remain open. They are also strictly adhering to the Covid-19 safety guidelines.
